V-LAND launches the brand-new high efficiency lightweight N-Type TOPCon glass-glass module.

Feather-Light and Dazzlingly Brilliant
V-LANDsolar board 14 solar board 21 solar board 218 has launched the brand new C54/Nshtb+ and C54/Nshkm+, modules with a glass-glass structure. Boasting symmetrical structure and excellent weight consistency, these glass -glass modules stand at the forefront of their class. The technical team at Suntech Power pioneered the implementation of 1.6+1.6 glass -glass technology in these modules, which are 20% lighter compared to similar products in the industry, satisfying a broader spectrum of rooftop application environments. The lightweight design minimizes the load-bearing requirements on rooftops, easing the installation and maintenance of the modules.
Elegant and Subtle Black, Harmoniously Blending with Rooftops
In an era when all-black designs are highly sought after, C54/Nshtb+ has elegantly stepped into the limelight with its exquisite design. Empowered by its glass -glass structure, these modules align perfectly with the development trend of Building-Integrated Photovoltaics (BIPV). While enhancing power generation, they ensure ample daylight inside, fulfilling the dual requirements of architectural aesthetics and environmental sustainability. A row of modules subtly adhered to the roof tiles is akin to a dwelling cloaked in a veil of ink, providing convenience that hints at a futuristic lifestyle.
Precision Technology, Powerhouse Performance
The brand new efficient lightweight N-Type TOPCon glass-glass modules from Suntech Power deliver an impressive efficiency rate of around 22.5%, with power output reaching up to 440W, and a unit area power output of up to 266W/m². The TOPCon cell technology boosts photovoltaic system power output, reduces Balance of System (BOS) costs, and lowers the Levelized Cost of Electricity (LCOE). Multi-busbar design combined with highly efficient N-type cells results in low temperature coefficients and almost zero Light Induced Degradation (LID)/ Light and elevated Temperature Induced Degradation (LeTID) performance. These new modules also employ a low pre-crosslinking, low melting point, high-reflectance white EVA to replace traditional glass frit schemes, significantly improving module strength and power output.
Promising Future, Quality Above All
Compared to standard products, the brand new efficient lightweight N-Type TOPCon glass-glass modules promise a higher lifecycle power output. Their high-sealing design provides excellent resistance to potential micro-cracks, acid, alkali, salt fog, water vapor, UV, and Potential Induced Degradation (PID). Simultaneously ensuring zero water penetration and snow accumulation, these modules exhibit excellent load-bearing performance, withstanding negative pressure up to 3800 Pa and positive pressure up to 6000 Pa. This reliable quality ensures sustainable performance even in harsh environments like deserts and farms.
